TVET, Skills Development and Employment Promotion

High unemployment and a widening skills gap continue to limit economic opportunities, particularly for youth and women. Many job seekers struggle to enter the labour market due to demand-driven vocational training shortages, weak links between training providers and industries, and inadequate employment promotion measures. Strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) systems is essential to improving employability and fostering economic resilience.

We bridge the gap between education and labour market needs by delivering competency-based education, hands-on learning, and institutional capacity-building. Our programs focus on short-term vocational training in key non-agricultural sectors, including construction, digital skills, and manufacturing, equipping individuals with practical, industry-aligned competencies. In parallel, we enhance the capacities of vocational training institutions and educators, ensuring high-quality, inclusive, and future-oriented training.

Beyond skills development, we provide job placement services, including career counselling, employment matchmaking events, and employer engagement strategies that connect skilled graduates with meaningful work opportunities. Our initiatives place a strong emphasis on gender inclusion, ensuring equitable access to training and employment, particularly for women and marginalised groups. By integrating innovative training models, fostering private sector partnerships, and aligning with labour market demands, we contribute to sustainable economic development, business growth, and social empowerment.
