We strengthen public finance systems across the entire budget cycle on both the revenue and expenditure side. Our approach combines technical innovation with adaptive, context‑sensitive reform support. We help modernise tax and customs administration, improve domestic revenue mobilisation, and advance performance‑oriented budgeting and expenditure management. At the same time, we support stronger internal controls, monitoring systems, and external oversight to facilitate more transparent and informed decision-making.

Our services include assessments, institutional analyses, capacity development and organisational advisory. We design tools for medium‑term expenditure frameworks, programme budgeting, investment planning and data-driven audits. Working at national, regional, and municipal levels, we promote coherent financial management and better alignment between planning, budgeting, and reporting. In parallel, we engage civil society to strengthen financial literacy, constructive dialogue, and oversight.
