Ecuador SinCero II promotes good governance by focusing on transparency, integrity, and citizen participation. The program strengthens mechanisms for improving public service quality, introduces integrity measures for state and non-state actors, and implements open government principles, including transparency, accountability, and public engagement. It also builds the technical capacity of government and civil society at the national and local levels.

Project Activities
Dorsch Impact, in consortium with Como Consult GmbH, provides a pool of short-term experts for the provision of services according to the project-specific needs, in order to:
Strengthen mechanisms to improve the quality of public services.
Introduce integrity measures for state and non-state actors to combat corruption.
Implement open government principles, including transparency, accountability, and citizen participation.
Build technical capacities of state and non-state actors in public services, integrity, and open governance at national and local levels.
