Consolidation of Peace in Colombia - ProPaz II
ProPaz II supports Colombia’s peacebuilding process by strengthening victims’ rights within truth, justice, and reparation processes at national, regional, and local levels. The project focuses on strengthening victims’ participation in Transitional Justice Processes, improving coordination between Sistema Nacional de Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas (SNARIV) and Sistema Integral de la Verdad, Justicia, Reparación y No Repetición (SIVJRNR) institutions, and systematising innovations in victim compensation and non-repetition measures.
Dorsch Impact, together with its consortium partners Como Consult and IdeaBorn leads efforts to develop psychosocial support criteria for victims, pilot training focused on improving institutional capacities, as well as consulting services for victim access to transitional justice, and support participatory PDET projects. These activities promote reconciliation, gender justice, and peaceful coexistence in regions heavily impacted by the conflict, such as Meta, Caquetá and Norte de Santander.
