For our Regional and Economic Development Department we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) in the TVET Sector for a project in Algeria (Tender Process; partially remote based). 

Main topics to be covered include:
Cooperation between TVET Institutions and the Economy, Curriculum Development, Digitalization of the TVET System, Gender Equality

Responsibilities:
Overall Coordination, Capacity Development, Staff Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Financial Oversight, Reporting

Working hours:
Part-time

Project period:
Project duration is 2 years (Sept. 2025 - Sept. 2027)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Several years of professional experience in the sector of TVET
• Profound professional experience in project management
• Management experience in projects, companies or other organizations with disciplinary leadership responsibility for 10 people
• Professional experience in the EU
• Professional experience in Francophone North African countries
• Some years in international cooperation projects
• Knowledge of French, C1-level, English, B2-level
