Benin ProPME

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) make up 95% of all companies in Benin, yet many face structural challenges that limit their growth potential. The project “Promotion for small and medium-sized enterprises in Benin - ProPME”, implemented by GIZ and the Ministry for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Employment Promotion, aims to foster employment-generating growth by providing training and support services to MSMEs.

In collaboration with Cosinus Conseils SARL Dorsch Impact’s team of experts delivers technical training and individual coaching to MSMEs across Benin. Special emphasis is placed on ensuring access and participation for women, who face discrimination in employment, and for youth, who experience high unemployment. Our goal is to strengthen the entrepreneurial and technical capacities of MSMEs, while developing sustainable support services and structures for MSMEs and establishing effective processes for human resource management.
