The Management Team of Dorsch Impact consists of Zihni Erençin (AHT GROUP), Juan Neidhardt (AMBERO Consulting) and Frauke Goldmann (Dorsch International Consultants). This will ensure a strong and experienced joint Management Team and seamless integration of in-depth knowledge deriving from the current business of each of the three former companies into the newly formed joint company Dorsch Impact.

Dorsch Impact will operate from three head offices, being located in Essen, Kronberg im Taunus and Munich, the business address registered at the commercial register will be Essen. The branch office in Amman, Jordan will also continue to operate as before. The merger process ensures the legal succession for all current contracts, giving continuity to all running operations.
