Qualifications and Skills:

• Team leadership: At least 8 years of long-term Team Leading experience in Financial Cooperation projects, including work under World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF/ESHF) requirements
• Regional experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Languages: English
• Sector experience: Proven experience in rural social infrastructure (e.g., community facilities, small-scale public infrastructure, basic services)
• Context-specific expertise: Experience working with approaches that actively involve local communities in sustainable resource management
